Job Description

Salary: £16,133 (£8.50 per hour)
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4pm Friday

This is an apprenticeship position so no experience needed - a fantastic opportunity for you to start your career out of education within an office based role that offers full training, the chance to complete the Apprenticeship Training Course in NVQ Customer Service.

Your role will be purely office based and you will be working within an extremely friendly, fun and vibrant customer service office where you will be made to feel really welcome.

Your duties will include:
Receiving and processing orders via phone, fax and email
Processing customer orders
Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
Processing sales leaflets and samples
