Job Description

Job title: 2x Customer Service Assistant
Hours: Full Time
Pay rate: £9.00 Per Hour
Location: Worcester
Duration: Temp to Perm

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:

o Manage telephone calls from customers according to the agreed standard - order calls should average 2-4 minutes and customer service calls should be a maximum of 6 minutes
o On every customer phone call where the customer wishes to place an order, the accompanying upsell must be offered as well as the subscription using the supplied script
o On every customer phone call, both the customer telephone number and email address should be checked and taken or updated as appropriate
o Manage written correspondence from customers according to the agreed standard
o Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
o Log all calls received during the duration of the call where possible, or by the end of the day latest and maintain detailed and accurate records
o Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties
o Find relevant information for all payments, letters, coupons etc
o Contact all customers whose credit cards have declined and update the system daily
o Help with weekly reminder letters to customers
o Help with weekly instalment letters to customers
o Deal with any queries sent through from Control Account as distributed by your Team
o Find and send any order forms to Head Office as and when they request them

Preferred Skills and Experience:

" Proven experience of developing strong client relationships.
" Proven experience of using a variety of IT packages / CRMs
" Excellent organisation and communication skills
" Professional credibility with high levels of personal motivation
" Ability to communicate confidently at all levels (verbally and in writing) externally and internally at all levels.
