Job Description

Our client based in Hertfordshire is looking for an Office Junior to join their customer service team.


This is a perfect opportunity for someone enthusiastic and willing to work learn new skills & gain office experience.
No office experience required, although a confident phone manner is essential as you will be the first person to answer incoming calls.


Your Duties including taking incoming calls, calling customers to give them an update, offering a good level of service to customers, liaising with the team for updates & cus-tomer enquirers, process payments, data entry and general admin duties.

Immediate start, Full time, permanent position, training will be provided, £19k and other benefits.

You will be working remotely to start with until government guidance changes.

The successful candidate will have experience in using word, excel and outlook.
