Customer Service Role - 16th FEB START
We are looking for a of permanent Customer Service advisor for our client located in Watford. This is a company that truly engage with their staff offering a superb selection of benefits including a full training schedule. If this sounds like the role for you then read on.
This is an office-based role until you have completed / passed your training with the benefit thereafter of working Hybrid.
You will be taking inbound calls from both members of the public and retailers, leaving notes on accounts, providing information, data entry and dealing with general enquires.
The contact centre is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays and you will be need to be flexible with shifts as they are on a rota basis committing to a 37 hour week, paying you £24k.
