I am looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant (Trade Counter Assistant). Immediate start available.
You will be assisting with face to face trade counter sales. Training on trade specifics is available, the most important quality is your customer service skills and experience.
Duties to include:
- Assisting & serving customers who collect goods via the Trade Counter
- Sometimes you will be required to help customers load if required.
- Merchandising, restocking & tidying stock
- Order picking
- Daily stock checks
- Checking off and booking in suppliers orders
- Answering emails
- Cashing up till at end of each day
- Answering the telephone as a back up
- Entering orders
