Are you an experienced administrator with strong verbal communication skills, are you reliable, flexible and self motivated? Then this is the role for you
My client is a transport company for non profit organisations based in the South of London; they are looking for a customer service assistant on a 3 month contract to work in a vibrant, fun and bubbly team! Your role involves handling a high volume of calls and emails, as well as follow up admin roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Booking Requests
- Dealing with General Enquiries
- High Volume of telephone calls
- Data Inputting
- Follow up admin duties
Experience needed
- Strong admin experience
- Clear and articulate telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated
- Reliable and courteous
