Brook Street are currently working with a large organisation based in Cwmbran.
The position is for a Customer Service Assistant within the repair and maintenance team. This is an ongoing temporary contract for 6 months starting immediately.
The role will involve:
- General Admin
- Data Entry
- Dealing with telephone enquiries/ Transferring to relevant department
- Providing customer service to tenants
- Completing satisfaction surveys with customers
- Asking tenants for feedback on maintenance repairs and service provided
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Great telephone manner
- Helpful attitude and approach
- Patient and a great listener
- Persuasive telephone manner
- Experience within a similar environment
