Brook Street has an amazing opportunity for an individual to join a fantastic organisation to cover a period of staff absence. The hours of work are 8AM - 8PM working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
What will you do as Customer Service Advisor?
- Assist the team with campaign and marketing activity
- Support student welfare needs
- Provide a friendly and engaging reception service
- Organise and attend events
- Resolve queries
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work as part of a team and independently under your own initiative
- Confident using the phone
- Good IT skills
