CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN ASSISTANT - PART TIME ROLE WITH FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS

Our client based in the Harrow area are looking to add two team members to their Customer Service/ Admin team due to growth within the business.


Requirements of the role: Speaking with B2C/ B2B, dealing with enquires, updating notes on the systems, working on CRM, allocating technician to carry out the repairs work, invoicing and payments enquires, general administration duties.
We are looking for who has worked in a fast-paced environment, offer an outstanding service, Strong IT skills, confident speaker and team player.


You will need to work the following day:
Mon, Tue 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 4pm
OR
Wed, Thur 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 4pm (please note you must work a Saturday)
