Job Description

Do you pride yourself on delivering a high customer service? Do you enjoy that fast paced contact centre working environment? Are you able to work towards a start date of 15th August?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s office in the City Centre of Liverpool, you will be expected to assist customers over telephone, email, chat and social media offering a high standard of customer service and providing resolutions at first point of contact.

**Training for this role is 2 weeks and requires no holidays to be taken during that time**

*A salary of £22,100 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.
*42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 No Weekends
*25 days holidays per year (Holidays run January - December)

Day to day duties will be:
* Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly, personalised and professional manner resolving queries Right First Time.
*Booking appointments and responding to customer requirements
*As a blended agent, interact with the customer across all channels
*Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
*Advising customers on the best services available
*Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
*Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
*Identify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trends
*Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets


To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
*At least 1-2 years` experience in a customer service orientated role within a contact or call centre / office environment.
*Worked towards specific KPI and call related targets in previous roles.
*Due to training unless mentioned at interview you are unable to take any holidays within the first 6 weeks of this role.
