Our client based in Tadcaster are looking for a customer service advisor on a part-time basis to take inbound technical service calls from the public and people working in the trade industry.
The calls are not about quantity but quality.
You will log all calls onto the system, but you will also be provided with comprehensive training on all aspects of the systems, which will enable you to provide instant technical advice to the customers to assist in diagnosing the simple problems themselves.
You will be the first point of contact for all customers, so you will need to be approachable, helpful and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Training is conducted on-site in the training centre.
Our client is looking for someone who is:
- self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident;
- able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills;
- an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner;
- PC literate and not afraid of using systems during real time conversations with customers;
- able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The working hours:
Tuesday 11.00am - 7.00pm
Wednesday 11.00am - 7.00pm
Thursday 11.00am - 3.00pm
Friday 5.00pm - 8.00pm
Total: 21 hours per week

The salary is £10,428.07 with an inclusive payment of £459.16 per annum and addition to this salary there is an expected £2,978 per annum (pro-rota for part time hours) this is payed quarterly (subject to company performance against targets)
