Role: Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Location: Nottingham (NG7)
Salary: Competitive Salary & generous bonus scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday (35 hours)

The role:
In this role you will be working with colleagues in other departments to manage orders and deliveries, therefore you must be able to maintain a good relationship with not only staff members, but customers and clients too.

You must promptly reply to any customer and client queries whilst managing your workload and supporting staff to meet their KPI's and team's objectives. Customer's credit status must also be monitored and ensure company policies are adhered to.

The Successful candidate will need:
" Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone
" Customer service and administration skills
" Experience of processing orders and using appropriate systems for this
" To be organised and prioritise workloads, either working independently or part of a team
" Previous experience of using Microsoft Office and Windows
" Evidence of building Customer relationships
" Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
