We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and flexible person to join the team in the role of Customer Services Co-ordinator. The person will need to be highly motivated and able to work as part of a busy team.
The role with consist of -
" Contacting potential customers to generate chemical, spares and service orders
" Creation of Job sheets
" Ensuring the paperwork for Jobs is progressed smoothly
" Customer Liaison
" Processing engineering reports/data input
" Sourcing and arranging logistics
" Provide receptionist cover when required
" Scheduling the engineering time and liaising with the engineering team
" Maintaining the rental schedule and liaising with the sales team to renew rental periods.
" General housekeeping roles.
" Plus any other reasonable request
The person will need to have -
" Excellent organisational skills
" Keen eye for detail
" Good communication skills
" Able to confidently speak with customers on the phone
" Able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment
" Knowledge of SAGE 50 desirable but no essential
" Knowledge of ACT desirable but not essential
