Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator based in Coventry.

General outline of responsibilities:

Run engineer job reports through internal systems to ensure the work carried out is accurately recorded.
Maintain engineer`s schedules in line with customer requirements, whilst keeping engineers updated of their scheduled work ensuring they have adequate stock to carry out repairs
Follow up and close incomplete jobs to ensure the repairs have been carried out to customer expectations
Produce accurate reports on vehicle air conditioning status for circulation to both managers and customers which highlight priorities and facilitate decision making.
Ensure internal records reflect current fleet position and ensure work can be scheduled in line with this.
To raise invoices, obtain customer order numbers and progress payment for work carried out.

The ideal candidate:

A highly organised individual able to work well on their own initiative
Be decisive and able to take responsibility for their own decision making
Have excellent interpersonal skills - communicating with people at a variety of different levels
Will have experience in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
Can understand the technical elements associated with the nature of repairs.
Will ideally have experience in a similar role.
