I have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator
My client who are based in Leyton are looking for someone to join their team. This company are inspiring environmentally aware behaviour - promoting the reuse of products reducing pollution and waste.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answer incoming calls and customer service queries.
Respond to global customer service enquiries via Zendesk.
Effectively use of macros and codes to reduce response time.
Endeavour to resolve enquiries at first contact.
Follow complaint resolution procedures.
Management of B2C customer returns and resolution process.
Liaise with key people in the business to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner to resolve customer enquiries
Identify enquiries that require escalation or referral.
Identify and escalate opportunities to improve customer experience.
Contribute to the maintenance and development of Customer Service Guidelines.
Meet and greet all customers with a personable and professional manner, assist with front of house as required including pickups and customer queries.
Support the sales team to responding to customer enquiries.
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
£10 - £12 per hour.
