Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting a full-time permanent Customer Care Co-ordinator for our Belfast client. The role is located in the Heron Road area.
This is not a call centre , it`s an office-based role, and it`s got benefits such as Monday to Friday - office hours , and it also has free onsite parking, paid holidays and stat days.
Responsibilities will involve:
* Maintain licence and product renewals
* Update contract status
* Update CRM system
* General admin of client paperwork
* Process quotes for Sales Team and Operations
* Updating quote record sheet
* Assist Account Managers in winning new business
* Monthly ticket reporting
* Raise tickets on VITA for work to be scheduled
* Liaise with customers in terms of delivery and installations
* Assist Operations in service delivery
* Set up appointments for service reviews
* Set up appointments for Post Installation visits
* Prepare annual Customer survey
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Assist the company in achieving accreditations eg IIP, ISO]
* Ensure adherence to company procedures
* Continued personal development
* Applicants must have a strong customer service background and a certain amount of technical knowledge.
* You must also have GCSE English and Maths
