Job Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant who can work diligently and confidently from home,

As a Customer Services consultant you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first-rate service by phone, letter, email and web chat. DBS Required for this role as you will have access to important data.

Good IT Skills required, although full training will be provided for the role which is expected to last a minimum of 3 months.

Shifts are Monday to Friday;

08:00 to 16:00

09:00 to 17:00

10:00 to 18:00
