Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established Bradford based company.
You'll be joining a friendly team ensuring customers receive excellent service from start to finish. The role will include outbound calls to existing customers, so we're looking for a confident and driven candidate!

A day in the life of this role will include;

Answering incoming calls from customers, answering queries and taking orders over the phone
Making outbound calls to existing customers, checking they have enough products and notifying them of any current promotions
Preparing quotations for customers
Processing orders onto the system
Opening new customer accounts and ensuring existing customer accounts are kept up to date

We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated candidate.
A background within customer service, telesales or similar is essential.
Alongside your excellent telephone manner, you'll also need a keen eye for detail and experience with Microsoft office, including excel.
