Customer Service Coordinator
I am currently recruiting for Customer Service Coordinator in the Coventry area for a large growing company! The position is a 12-month fixed term contract. The salary per annum is £21,000.
You will need to ensure that the data the customer provides is processed correctly and timely in the systems. To also handle transaction processing from a customer service perspective and also, from a compliance and revenue generation perspective. Proactively implement and build relationships with customers, which means that customer satisfaction is high.
- Working to deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience of working in a team office environment
- Computer literate - proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Numerate, analytical with good attention to detail
- Well organised, with time management and prioritisation skills
- Good communicator - confident and articulate
- Flexible and with the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration
