DUTIES:
-Manage and resolve customer enquiries appropriately and efficiently, aim to resolve enquiry as first point of call
-Support and advise customers on the companies products, services and booking of training and qualifications.
-Process applications for replacements certificates and cards
ABOUT YOU:
-Confident phone contact handling skills and active
listening
-Customer awareness and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Able to own a query and ensure it is seen through to conclusion
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
