We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wholesale Account Executive to join an independent family run business. The good news is that they have experienced significant growth in the last year and have been successful in winning new business..They have an additional site in Luton as the teams have expanded. Their Head office is based in Hertfordshire.
My client are leaders in their field and primarily work within the Education Sector.They have been firmly establishes and are looking for account managers to ensure all their clients are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
-Be an effective part of the wholesale department supporting colleagues within the team
-Be the principle point of contact for the allocated client account
-Provide product information ,quotes and deal with any general enquiries
-Provide visuals and samples prior to sign off
-Process orders in an efficient and effective manner and keeping clients updated at all times in terms of lead times and deliveries
-Provide price lists
-Process delivery notes for all wholesale orders prior to dispatch
-Liaise with the finance department
-Resolve any invoice query
-Provide admin support to other account managers
-During their peak period you will be required to either ASSIST at external selling events or provide office support for account managers whilst they are off site.
