Job Description
We are recruiting for several Customer Service Coordinators to join a very exciting and busy team. We have a couple of available locations including Hull, Barton Upon Humber and Scunthorpe. These locations will be discussed in more detail over the phone.
Job Duties involved;
- Answering Customer's calls
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensuring the customer is satisfied at all times
- Basic Administration duties
- Ensuring you follow GDPR guidelines
- Accurately recording data
- Inbound and potential outbound calls
- Handling any complaints
- Excellent communication via telephone and emails.
