Customer Service (Cost Containment) Coordinator
Location: Kings Hill
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Hours: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service (Cost Containment) Coordinator to support Cost Containment Facilities with all elements of cost containment. You will be responsible for the auditing of medical invoices received by the claim`s handlers. You will correspond with the provider as well as debt collectors and solicitors. You will also be responsible for contacting the insured to explain the cost containment process and to provide reassurance. You will also be required to review invoices for the appropriateness of the interventions in relation to the medical condition and claim.

What experience is required?
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree or experience in this type of role
- Excellent keyboard skills (speed & accuracy)
- Ability to empathise with people in stressful circumstances
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
