Customer Service Advisor - Education

Schools, colleges and county councils with education provisions rely on funding each year to run and improve their courses and they rely on student feedback to do this.

You will be joining a great team of customer service advisors who are really making a difference in the education sector. You will be responsible for contacting students who have recently finished their studies and capture information about how the course has helped them and what they've progressed on to since finishing.

A great benefit in this role is a 4 day working week. This means a 3 DAY WEEKEND.

Working hours are 10-8 Monday and Tuesday and 9-7 Wednesday and Thursday (total 37 hours) at £8.91 per hour (£9.50 from April 1st 2022)
