Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Education

Schools, colleges and universities and county councils with learning resource, rely on funding each year to help with their courses provided, and to ensure that they can make the courses as best as they can, they rely on student feedback to help with this.

You will be joining a great team of customer service advisors who are really making a difference in the education sector, you will be responsible for contacting students who have recently finished their study in a particular course, gathering capturing information relating to the course they have studied.

Due to the nature of your call, students are willing to engage with you to talk about their course and to help give feedback.

The perfect candidate will have good customer service skills, good IT skills, be target orientated and comfortable making outbound calls. The role is also a perfect learning opportunity for school leavers, graduates and people pursuing their first role!

You will be working shifts between the hours 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday and optional overtime on Friday (total 37 hours).
