Administration / Customer Services Executive - 12 Month FTC

£19,000 Salary
Ellesmere Port
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - 1 Hour Lunch
Free on-site Parking

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for our client based in Ellesmere port for an Administrator/Customer Service Executive to join their team. They offer full training and support in the role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to have a minimum of 4 weeks shadowing in this position, to make sure they hit the ground running once working on their own initiative.

This role requires a very organised strong administrator who can multitask, someone who is confident on the phone and who is happy to speak to customers over the phone very regularly, this role involves dealing with customer`s in the UK and overseas.

- Willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure
- IT competent
- Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar skills
- Must be competent in Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Previous use of content management systems an advantage, although training on how to use WordPress will be given
- Flexible (may need to occasionally work outside normal office hours if required for evening webinars)

- Diary Management booking in Online Courses
- Liaise with Webinar Club speakers
- Set up Adobe Connect meeting rooms
- Set up broadcast email announcements
- Format Study Notes
- Set up Survey Monkey feedback surveys
- Set up quizzes on WordPress
- Set up recordings pages in WordPress
- Update Webinar Club Members` Areas and info pages in WordPress
- Answer Webinar Club telephone enquiries
- Answer Webinar Club email enquiries
- Answer the telephone and take course bookings
- Answer the telephone and take course and PGCert enquires

Job Description following initial training:

- Host online Webinar Clubs and Mini Series
- Convert videos provided for webinars using Adobe Media Encoder
- Arrange and run webinar practice sessions
- Edit webinar recordings using Adobe Connect and ScreenFlow
