Brook Street are currently supporting a successful business based just outside of Hindhead in their search for a Customer Service Executive/Administrator.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have great `Customer Care` skills, who are outgoing and friendly and have impeccable organisation and time keeping skills.
Based in a busy office amongst a great team, you`ll be speaking to many customers over the phone and via email. Day to day you`ll be dealing with all orders and enquiries in a quick and efficient manner. Liaising with the supportive Customer Service Manager to ensure a great consistent service.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a customer service role (office based) and be a confident communicator able to answer and handle call enquiries. You`ll have good working knowledge of Microsoft systems and be adaptable and willing to learn.
