A well established company in Halesfield Telford are looking for a confident customer Service Executive to join there successful team.

Have you got at least 1 years in office based customer service role?

If so please read on....

You will be processing customer orders, chasing up artwork proofs and keeping the customer updated. You will be responsible for booking transport for deliveries and ensuring the customer is `kept in the loop`.

You will need to be computer literate with excellent work and excel knowledge as you will be updating the clients IMPRINT database

You will be responsible for stock control and all other general adhoc duties as required.

Salary range - £15K-£18K depending on experience
