Job Description

Job Title: Export Customer Service Executive
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: 40hrs

My client is a British automotive parts manufacturer, who caters for all aspects of automotive products, from tiny spark plugs to complete engine revamps. They are looking for an Export Customer Service Executive to aid with the day-to-day running of a number of export customer accounts, and oversee repeat sales of parts to clients across Europe, America and Australia.

Job Role of Export Customer Service Executive:

-Manage customer`s orders throughout the entire Sales Order Process - from taking the order, all the way to invoicing and taking payment
-Liaising with the buying team to ensure that ALL customer orders are processed on time, and can be processed ready for a timely despatch
-Accurately maintain customer order books, and create updated reports for the management team
-Accurately maintain and administer customer information
-Liaise and communicate with the Warehouse Manager, to prioritise despatched orders
-Provide customers with the appropriate export documentation, to allow importation of the goods to the end location across the globe

Desired Experiences for Export Customer Service Executives:

-The right candidate would need to have excellent organisational skills
-Must be computer literate, and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
-Would need to be able to re-prioritise work on an hourly and daily basis
-Must be customer focused with a fine attention to detail
-Must be enthusiastic about the business, willing to help improve the business and have a proactive approach to the job and challenges it will offer
-Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
