Job Description

Customer Service Executive - Shrewsbury - Salary up to £18,00pa dependant on experience.

Are you a customer focused individual passionate about delivering a quality service?

Are you willing & able to learn new IT systems?

Can you demonstrate good solid data entry speeds & accuracy levels?

My client is looking for a confident outgoing individual to join their existing Customer Service team. You will be dealing with inbound calls from clients processing their orders and updating them on delivery dates. As part of this varied role you will be liaising with suppliers to negotiate price and ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of their order.

You will be working in a B2B environment.

Benefits: Free parking, 20 days annual leave plus stats plus you will receive additional holidays to cover the Christmas shut down, potential annual bonus based on company performance.

You will be working a 40 hour week Mon - Fri between 8am -5.30pm.
