My client is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their excellent, professional Customer Service team.

You will be Account Managing existing clients, processing customer orders, upselling further products where possible and requesting proofs/artwork to work to deadlines.

You will be dealing with deliveries including booking transport with customers, you will do this by liaising with the transport department to provide delivery times and proof of delivery to customers.

To be successful in this role you will be self motivated with a strong commitment to exceptional Customer Service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident with IT to update the customer database.

Excellent salary of £9.23ph with fabulous prospects for the right person. Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
