Job Description

Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Barton, PR4 postcode
Salary: £9.78ph
Type of contract: Temp to Perm
Working hours: 40 hours per week 9am - 17.30pm

My client is recruiting for a additional customer service executive to join their team. The successful applicant will play a key role in our customer service team ensuring our excellent levels of customer service are maintained. It is essential that the candidate have previous experience of dealing with customers over the phone and by e mail as this is a customer focused and fast-paced operational department. We are proud of the outstanding service we provide to our customers so a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities to Include:
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Responding promptly to customer enquiries both by e mail and phone
Communicating with customers through various channels
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Manage incoming customer enquiries
Knowing our services and products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Processing orders
Recording non-conformities
Any additional tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager

Role Requirement:
Proven experience of working in a customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
