Job Description


Brook Street are offering a brilliant opportunity for a Customer Service Executive for a client based in Bishop Stortford Area.

This position will be first line of contact for all incoming customer contact either via the phone or email. Responding to sales enquiries and providing recommendations and advice to customers about products and orders. This may involve some cross selling and up selling where applicable and managing customer returns.

The ideal candidate will have a similar background in Customer Services within an office environment dealing with customers both via email and over the phone.

" Ability to multi task

The working hours are Monday 8.30am -5.30pm, Tuesday - Thursday 9am- 5.30pm and Friday 9am 5pm. Monthly bonuses based on company sales targets and offering 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, free parking on site and other benefits with job progression.
