Brook street are recruiting for a customer service executive on a temporary ongoing basis based in Rugby.

We are looking for a strong candidate with great customer service experience with good attention to details.

Admin experience is required also, someone who can deal with speaking to customers on the phone on a daily basis and can multi task.
You will be working in a very busy environment; the work is very fast paced.

There is no SALES involved in this role, customer service duties and data entry.

This would be for a client based in Rugby centre, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
Flexibility of three rotating shifts, 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 8.30-5.30pm.
£9.53ph

You will be given full training for the first few weeks of starting!!
