Based in Atherton, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a great work ethic, natural flair for sales and understanding of the importance of excellent Customer Service.
This company is looking for a highly proactive, enthusiastic and motivated person to join the team. You will manage your own customer portfolio, increasing and retaining spend, building long-term client relationships whilst maintaining our award-winning customer service standards.
This is an interesting varied role where no day is the same. You will be responsible for handling incoming enquires via telephone, email and live chat. Placing orders and liaising with our many suppliers daily, ensuring that you are fulfilling customer's orders efficiently and maximising profit margins.
You will be using a range of software applications, from of back office software to Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience of Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.
