This is an opportunity to join a global brand, based close to Manchester Airport, supporting the Customer Service Controller. The team here control the distribution and supply to customers around Europe

The Role
Responsible for customer service assistance and support. Tasks include order processing, stock control, logistics, credit control, consumer services and day to day office operation. A key role in the implementation and co-ordination of the commercial office operation in the UK. This role forms a full back up to the Customer Service Controller role:

Booking, processing of incoming orders, issue of invoices & order confirmations
Arranging delivery & transport ex Belgium
Placing production orders and managing stock levels
Setting up new customers in SAP
Providing the appropriate product & pricing information to team
Credit control: monitor and chase outstanding payments
Managing calls on the consumer careline & responding to consumer emails
Managing data from retail websites
General management and administration of UK office requirements

Skills and Experience required:
You should be punctual, conscientious and have good attention to detail. Able to multi-task with strong organisation skills, Strong communication skills are essential
-PC literate (MS Office, Excel ,Powerpoint.) and working SAP knowledge


Your previous work experience should have been gained within in a supply chain customer service environment. A good standard of education to A level or equivalent
