Job Description
Role: Customer Service Executive
Hours: shifts between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £20,000-£22,000
Have you previously worked in motor insurance and are now looking for a new opportunity?
If you have then this could be a really great new opportunity for you. We are looking for someone with previous motor insurance experience to work in a busy customer service role speaking to policy holders. You will be responsible for building rapport with policy holders, dealing with complaints and managing a portfolio of claims. You will need to be extremely confident on the phone and a really fast worker.
