Customer Service Executive - Salary negotiable

Brook Street are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to work with a highly successful manufacturing organisation in Fareham. My client offers a great team atmosphere and are committed to investing in the development of their colleagues.
You will provide help and advice to our customers about the organisation's products and services. You will investigate our customers concerns and communicate with them via telephone, email and letter. In a high-pressured role, you will be able to process all orders in a timely manner.
The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role. A positive and self-motivated individual, you will have excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure. Previous CRM Management experience and use of Oracle NetSuite system would also be beneficial.
