Job Description

Brook Street is currently supporting a world leader in automotive fleet management whose seeking an experienced customer service executive to join there fast paced, proactive, innovative and creative team on a 12 months contract. The ideal candidate will have-

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment or administrative environment.
  • Experience with complaint handling and customer management
  • Problem solving & opportunity identification skills
  • Influencing skills both internally & with suppliers
  • Experience of working in a team and ability to actively contribute to the team in a positive manner
  • Resilience skills and ability to identify truth from fiction when dealing with suppliers
