Customer Service Executive
Flexible around School hours!
Paying £20,000 per annum pro rata
Commutable from Bedworth, Nuneaton and Coventry
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a well-established and friendly company that is based in Coventry.
THE ROLE
Customer Service and Engagement is a vital part of the overall customer journey and the company are looking for people that can provide a first class service whilst the business achieves long term profitability.
As a Customer Service Executive you will liaise with Customers to ensure they are receiving great value from the company product, utilising it in the best way possible.
DUTIES
Spending time engaging with customers, via the phone, to drive product knowledge and usage
Supporting customers with general questions and queries
Providing excellent customer service and respond well to customer service targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Previous customer service experience call centre or account management is ideal
Excellent communication skills
Be highly organised with the ability to multitask and work in a high-pressured environment
Confident, with a personable manner
