Job Description

Temporary Customer Service Executive - Preston (PR3)

Temporary - permanent for the right candidate!

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

£10.30 ph


Duties include:

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Responding promptly to customer enquiries both by e-mail and phone
Communicating with customers through various channels
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Manage incoming customer enquiries
Knowing our services and products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Processing orders
Recording non-conformities
Any additional tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager


Candidate specification:

Proven experience of working in a customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
