Job Description

Customer Service Executive
£19,500 rising to £20,000 per annum
Commutable from Bedworth, Nuneaton and Coventry
Full time - Monday to Friday


Customer Service and Engagement is a vital part of the overall customer journey and the company are looking for people that can provide a first class service whilst the business achieves long term profitability.

As a Customer Service Executive you will liaise with Customers to ensure they are receiving great value from the company product, utilising it in the best way possible.

DUTIES

  • Spending time engaging with customers, via the telephone, to drive product knowledge and usage
  • Supporting customers with general questions and queries
  • Providing excellent customer service and respond well to customer service targets


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous customer service experience call centre or account management is ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised with the ability to multitask along with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident, with a personable manner
