Confident in operating CRM`s and IT proficient
Key responsibilities -
Support customers with the upmost customer service
Manage incoming enquires via telephone and email with efficiency whilst working to SLA's
Present a professional and enthusiastic service to internal and external clients/customers at all times
The working the hours for this opportunity are 8.15am-5pm Monday - Friday - offering a salary range of £21,000-£23,000 per annum + some fantastic benefits.
