Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Slough (100% Office Based)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: 23k
Hours: 8:45-17:00 Mon-Fri
Start Date: Immediate Start

Our client
We are currently recruiting for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our client's exciting work environment, based in their beautiful and spacious Slough offices. This position is ideally on a temporary to permanent basis, but if you are permanently employed, please don`t hesitate to apply.

You key Responsibilities
You will be providing first-class customer service delivering a professional message to all customers of the brand. You will focus on providing technical and product information to customers to resolve enquiries and achieve complete customer satisfaction. You will be liaising with internal and external departments, so you must be both organised and have excellent communication skills.

- Deal with incoming calls or emails from drivers, fleet contacts or Franchise partners to the expected standards
- Resolve all issues as far as possible and maintain ownership for any which are passed to other teams for resolution
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers to minimise queries and complaints
- Deliver client-specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs
- Build rapport and confidence within the customer base
- Look for better ways of doing things to improve efficiency and customer service
- Follow business controls set out to minimise risk

Your Key Skills
- Strong administration and Customer Service abilities
- Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Clear and confident communication via telephone and email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Comfortable with handling complex queries with a customer-focused approach
- Computer literate - with good working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
- Pragmatic decision-maker with sound technical knowledge
- High customer satisfaction drive, comfortable negotiating and talking to repairing garages and internally to resolve issues to mutual satisfaction

The working hours for this opportunity are 8.45 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday - offering a salary starting at £23,000 per annum with excellent progression and some fantastic benefits.
