Strong administration and Customer Service abilities
Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
Clear and confident communication via telephone and email
Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
Adaptable to different needs and requirements
Confident in operating CRM`s and IT proficient
Comfortable with handling complex queries with a customer focused approach
The working the hours for this opportunity are 8.45am - 5pm Monday - Friday - offering a salary of£23,000 per annum + some fantastic benefits.

Available start date - 18th July 2022. Start dates are also avaialble in August and September

Office based Monday - Friday.
