Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting a German speaking customer service advisor on behalf of our client in the Greater Belfast area

The German Customer Service Executive will be responsible for build relationships and resolving queries as well as order processing. Dealing with calls and responding to emails.

Criteria

* Must be fluent in German and English - both verbal and written
* Have excellent administration skills
* Strong excel skills.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Able to multitask, work to deadlines

Please note that applicants must hold a valid UK settlement status

Role will involve working 40hrs per week - Monday to Friday

The starting salary between £21000 and £23000 depending on skills and experience.

This is as non-call centre based role
