Hours: 37.5hrs (Late Shift - 6pm - 2am)
My client is an internationally renowned and respected business within the retail sector. My client requires a number of Customer Service Executives to join the team for their peak period.
Job Role of Customer Service Executive:
"Deal with customer enquires via telephone, email or through the use of social media
"Deal with customer complaints effectively and efficiently
"Take notes and keep details records of customer interaction
"Process payments and complete customer orders over the phone
"Deliver high levels of customer service

You will earn a huge £13.24 per hour for the hours worked after 11pm. With this addition, on a 40 hour week, your salary will equate to more than £21,000 per year!
