Are you fluent in German, Dutch or French?

Our vibrant client in Bradford is looking for a number of customer service advisors to join their team. They have 6 month fixed term and permanent contracts available.

The roles will sit within the finance team, taking inbound calls from German, Dutch or French clients as well as auditors and regulatory bodies.
The roles will also include outbound calling to clients with outstanding balances, taking payments and investigating discrepancies.
Alongside this the roles will also have a large administrative focus, ensuring systems and document flows are up to date, working to client SLAs.

We`re looking for motivated talented candidates.
You must be fluent in German, Dutch or French (a Dutch/French or Dutch/German is highly desired!)
Previous experience within customer service and administration, with a confident telephone manner and keen eye for detail is also required.

Our client offers a salary of £19,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
