ON GOING CUSTOMER SERVICES TEMP ROLE - INBOUND CALL CENTRE - STARTING 21ST MAY 2021

We are looking for outgoing, friendly individuals who pride themselves in their customer service delivery, strong communication skills and possess excellent IT skills with a passion for problem solving.
This household name based in Watford are looking to add to their Customer Service Call Centre team on a temporary basis to help handle inbound calls, within a lively environment, where they celebrate successes and pride themselves on their teamwork ethic.
You will be based from your own home until the office for the Contact Centre can re-open. Working internet access from home will be essential. A laptop will be provided where calls will be diverted through to you. You will receive full training and remote IT support to help you get set up.
A quiet place to work is required to provide a professional service with no interruptions.
Once trained you will be taking inbound calls from customers, who will have an abundance of queries including resetting passwords, changing personal details and checking product accuracy.
This is a problem solving role and doesn't involve complaint handling in anyway. The targets focus on customer service levels rather than the quantity of calls taken.
The role is a 37 hour working week between the hours of 8am and 8pm including some weekends. Ideally you need to be a car driver due to location and working hours once the office re-opens
In return the company offer a very competitive hourly rate of £9.00 per hour as well as free on-site parking, subsidised shuttle bus and restaurant while having a relaxed dress code and a break out area with foosball table, sofas and table tennis.
