Job Description

Role: Customer Service Manager
Location: Rural Sevenoaks
Hours: Mon - Thurs 9-5:30 Fri 9-5
Salary: £30,000 +£10,000 OTE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded, Customer Service Manager to join a leading manufacturer in their industry.

They are ideally looking for someone who ideally has experience managing and motivating a team. In this role you will need to have outstanding customer service and good sales skills to be successful.
Ideally you will have worked in a Customer-focused role previously, in a contact centre environment. You will need a successful track record in in-bound sales and have strong attention to detail.

You will need strong communication and good team leadership experience. You will be supporting relationships with new and existing customer accounts, confident in withstanding competition and ensuring all incoming orders are processed in a timely manner.
